He is responsible for and manages roughly 150 staff. Fleischer is a member of BCW’s North American Operations Committee and North American Leadership teams, which help set overall direction of the BCW in North America. With an extensive background in the energy sector, Fleischer is the Sr. Executive on many of the firm’s largest energy clients.
