Gathers, organizes and documents managed care information. Researches background informational material, data anomalies, variances and relevant data. Develop analytical support capabilities for phases of contracting, including proposal development and performance-monitoring.

Manage and oversee the input of all tenprints into the Automated Fingerprint Identification System. (AFIS)Schedules and prioritizes work for the unit and provides technical assistance when needed.Plans, schedules, coordinates and supervises the duties of all AFIS entry operators and Fingerprint technicians working during the second shift.Train personnel in fingerprint techniques and criminal history record procedures.Classify, compare and interpret criminal and applicant fingerprints received and verify and monitor the quality of tenprints.Attend various meetings and inform subordinates on recent changes of directives, policies and procedures.
