Under the leadership of the Management Information Systems Supervisor the ERP Systems Analyst is responsible for providing advanced technical and user level support of the company’s Epicor ERP system and other software packages that contribute to overall business operations of the ERP system. Work closely with and escalates issues to the MIS Supervisor as appropriate.-Manage, maintain and implement all aspects of the company’s ERP system, including but not limited to:o Develop and maintain reports for data mining of the ERP databaseso Manage and implement barcode systems for data entryo Patch management of the ERP softwareo End-user support for all ERP access and usabilityo Assist with business process as directly affected by the ERP softwareo Manage new software module integrations to improve the systemo Implement and manage new software products that integrate with the ERP system- Effectively utilize work order ticketing system to manage operational tasks.- Complete quarterly training as defined by supervisor.- Perform other duties as necessary.

Responsible for maintaining inventory system accuracy in SAP, data integrity, inventory levels, and compliance with established business practices for a 25-million case manufacturing/distribution combination facility in order to prevent out-of-stocks. Supervises daily counts of finished goods and raw materials and assists in the reconciliation of inventory variances.

Supervises the operations, development, and coordination of three initial entry training units. Assists the primary operations officer in leading a team of six personnel with planning, operations, training and support of the organization’s mission to conduct initial entry training. Responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of missions and tasks to support the training of over 1,900 servicemen and women annually.

Executive Officer of a One Station Unit Training (OSUT) Company composed of 18 Cadre who train 800 Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 12B and 12C Soldiers annually. Manages unit training programs for all OSUT events to include Physical Training, Basic Rifle Marksmanship (BRM), and Field Training Exercises. Responsible for training management, supply and arms room operations, facility and resource management for complete nine week Basic Combat Training cycles. Prepares and reports unit statistics for training events and maintenance. Advises the Commander on all logistical matters and administrative actions. Manages all training records. Performs duties of Commander in his absence. Performs additional duties as NBC, Voting, Environmental Compliance, Maintenance, Supply, Energy Conservation, HAZMAT, Ammo, and Safety. Directly responsible for the training, development, welfare, morale, and safety of two GS civilians and two Non-Commissioned Officers.

Served as a mobility platoon leader in a modular engineer Mobility Augmentation Company (MAC). Responsible for the individual and collective training of engineer Soldiers to conduct combat engineer missions and mechanized platoon missions, command and control assault gap crossings, mounted and dismounted breaches, and placing obstacles in support of maneuver brigade combat teams (BCT) and support brigades to enable a tailored force package to be applied to a specific mission group focused on logistics and constructive force protection. Overall responsible for the maintenance and accountability of four M113 armored personnel carriers (APCs), two M9 armored combat earthmovers (ACEs), three Armored Vehicle-Launched Bridges (AVLBs), and engineer sets, kits, and outfits valued in excess of $3,000,000.

Platoon Leader in an OCONUS based Army of Excellence Mechanized Engineer Battalion in a Brigade Combat Team deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Responsible for the leadership, professional development, safety, welfare and training of 40 Soldiers assigned to the platoon, which supports partnering, civil development, and reconstruction efforts at the district level, along with support services for an Engineer Battalion with an attached Military Intelligence company. Responsible for the accountability, care and maintenance of 15 tactical vehicles and equipment in excess of $50 million. Provides feedback and support to the commander and battalion in the form of after action reviews and leader professional development instruction.

Developed leadership, tactical, and technical skills through entry-level Army development courses. Focused on individual and small unit projects with a focus on hostile environments.

Worked on a four-person team that installed server hardware while designing and deploying an application program to manipulate data and keep records for a nonprofit organization called Indian Trails Camp in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The application enabled users to add, update, and delete records for campers and their guardians during each event the camp held. It also enabled the user to produce reports based on various statistics.
