Prior to my employment, I worked as a class action litigation attorney and litigation attorney. As a class action attorney, I represent individuals, classes of individuals and classes of businesses in numerous consumer protection, privacy, housing, unfair insurance, and employment actions.I received my Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Maine School of Law, where I served as the co-chair of the moot court team, an appellate advocacy coach. In law school, I was awarded the Moot Court Competition Prize Brief Award and the Pro Bono Services Recognition Award. After graduating from law school, I served as a Rule 90 Prosecutor for the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office, in Portland, Maine and as a family-law volunteer at the Volunteer Lawyers Project. I am admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, California, New Hampshire and additionally, admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Northern District of California, the United States District Court of Massachusetts, the United States District Court of New Hampshire, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
