Poland

• On Site Manager in charge of all Bell Helicopter start up programs at PZL Swidnik in Poland. Assembly & delivery of 412 Hybrid Tail-boom, Bonded Panels, Doors & Cowls, Baffles & Ducts, & Machine parts program [Basic & Complex].• Responsible for complete Quality System Set Up, Internal and External Audits, Inspections and MRB (Material Review Board) training program and implementation and training for Flight Safety Programs. Developed and presented training Seminars to the Polish Aerospace industry in Manufacturing, Quality and Aircraft Safety.

South Korea

• On Site Manager in charge of the Bell Helicopter 427 helicopter start up program as well as continued production on the 212 & 412 helicopter major assemblies. Managed a small transition support team providing support to the programs. Also managed field representatives servicing 212/412 helicopters in service in Asia• Complete 212/412 Cabins and Tail-Booms built from single level detail stage through to shipping of complete cabins and Tail-boom assemblies to Bell• Start Up M-427 Program Production Line [Delivery of Green Cabins & Tail-Booms to BHTCL] & successfully worked in Conjunction with Transport Canada, Korean Aerospace Authorities (KCAA) and the FAA on the build through to first Flight & Certification of Two Bell M-427 Korean Built Helicopters to be flown by Korean operators.• Responsible for auditing and control of KAI & all Korean & International Suppliers within Asia
