Michael Fox is a Strategic Program and People Leader – Engineering/Capital Program/Energy Efficiency/Design Expert. While at GBA, Michael was an exceptional mechanical design engineer, with great attention to detail, and an effective project manager. He was an excellent representative of our firm in front of clients. Always striving for innovation, Michael was one of the key contributors in helping GBA transition from 2-dimensional CAD drafting to Revit. He was a wonderful mentor to younger engineers. As part of the engineering team leadership, he has been involved in all aspects of real estate, design, construction, equipment operation, energy efficiency and troubleshooting-just to name a few aspects of his work- on a massive, national scale. He always looks for ways to improve any “process” he is involved in. During the supply chain crisis, Michael led the “automation” of the HVAC equipment purchasing, by standardizing the equipment size by geographic location and energy code zone. Michael is a clear headed, analytical thinker. He works methodically through issues and seeks consensus from his team. He has a great way to get the best out his team, in-house and consultants with his easy-going personality. He is treating everyone with respect regardless of their position and no matter how tough things get. Michael is an excellent communicator both in his writing and verbal communication. Having moved to the corporate environment, Michael has also developed to a strong public speaker.
