With over seven years in the financial services industry, I find myself deeply embedded in the world of technology and digital development, focusing on change management. My journey so far has been driven by an unyielding eagerness to develop and a resilience that has allowed me to thrive in diverse roles—from coaching and mentoring to leading critical digital transformations.I am currently furthering my education by pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Leading in Customer Operations as an apprentice, which I hope to graduate from in June 2025. This is a program generously supported by my organization. This degree not only enhances my knowledge in operational leadership but also reinforces my commitment to excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.I am committed to seizing every opportunity for growth and am passionate about empowering others to do the same.
