• Long term investment experience (10+ years) in Australian Investment markets as an Analyst/Portfolio Manager in a managed account, multi-asset class environment• Long term experience working as a senior member off a small, high performing investment team with proven ability to develop long term relationships with clients and colleagues• Significant experience presenting to clients/boards/consultants and retail advisors nationally.• Strong understanding of macro drivers/TAA, across both debt and equity markets• Specific equities research focus on large and mid-cap Australian equities with responsibility across a range of GICS sectors• Australian Equities and A-REITs Portfolio Management across a range of concentrated strategies, using a high quality fundamental based approach to security selection and portfolio construction, with a strong focus on risk management in a long only environment, whilst delivering on the strategy objective and remaining true to label• Cash/Fixed interest/Hybrid Securities - Portfolio Management/Analysis across 3 main strategies and 10+ customised strategies including; directly held securities within concentrated portfolios with a key focus on income generation with low volatility or, fixed rate bond exposure via multi-manager solution. • Proven ability to think strategically and develop customised investment strategies to meet client’s specific needs, to contribute to growth in business FUM
