Vice President Total Rewards & Labor/Industrial Relations
Current- Lead, design and implement best in class Global Total Rewards Systems (Human Resources Information Systems, Compensation, Benefits(H&W, Retirement), Domestic and International Payroll, Organized Labor Union Strategy.
- Implements Board of Directors strategy through development of market based strategic plans/processes for Benefit Strategy, LTI, STI and Executive Compensation, with a core focus on creating synergies, aligning spend.
- Lead successful annual compensation planning including but not limited to execution of base salary, bonus, Long term equity incentive (LTIP) awards and all related communications and administration
- Provide thought leadership to business units on compensation issues including new hire packages, performance recognition, incentive plans, retention arrangements and compensation structure
- In partnership with HR and Finance, establish compensation and benefits budgets and guidelines for global locations
- Lead the design, annual planning and implementation of the company’s global benefit programs, including Health and Welfare, 401K/Retirement, Executive Benefits, Voluntary Benefits and Wellness initiatives Responsible.
