I am a Principal Manager in the Energy Procurement & Management department within Southern California Edison, one of the nation’s largest electric utilities. Joining SCE in 2010, I have over 10 years of experience evaluating utility scale in-front-of-the-meter and behind-the-meter energy projects and have seen the energy landscape change from traditional sources to renewable and energy storage throughout my career. I have been fortunate to be at the forefront of the transformation of the grid and my work has been centered around energy storage valuation, procurement, contracting and operations. I am currently responsible for leading the contract origination efforts of SCE. My work is focused on ensuring SCE's customers have the most reliable and affordable energy possible. I have earned my BS in mathematics, magna cum laude from Chapman University in Orange, CA and a MS in applied mathematics from Cal Poly Pomona in Pomona, CA. Fun facts about me....I am certified commercial pilot, enjoy saltwater fishing and playing ice hockey. Saying I am obsessed with fishing is probably an understatement, and when not procuring energy for Southern California, you can probably find me on the water. Feel free to hit me up if you want to chat anything energy or fishing!
