• In charge of the preparation of the consolidated package on a quarterly basis. This was done, whilst working very closely with all of the teams in the finance department and under a strict timeline. • Prepared the MRP (Managers Reporting Package) sent to the board on a monthly basis. The package which contained comparisons between the actual financial results of the period and YTD to the forecast, budget and previous year, was prepared after receiving from the different business units the necessary information and compiling it all into one.

Worked closely with senior staff in the Accounting, consolidation group and IT department. • Developed new reconciliation process for over 30 local entities and main distribution entities, including building personal relationships with these controllers and finance staff. • Solved complex consolidation issue for intercompany accounting through process and IT report development (GL71)• Worked in a time sensitive environment producing work and managing new processes in a challenging environment.
