My practice includes civil litigation, Aboriginal and treaty litigation, property disputes and commercial litigation.I have extensive experience in complex, large-scale lawsuits requiring a team approach, including managing lawyers, paralegals and support staff. I have acted for individuals, corporations, government and local governments. From 2020 to 2023, I was employed as aboriginal litigation counsel at the Department of Justice. From 2004 to 2019, I was a litigation sole practitioner, often working with other firms as part of a litigation team conducting large-scale litigation.
