Sales Marketing Coordinator
Current- Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet quarterly team sales quota objectives while working through each opportunity with executives. - Perform outbound and inbound communication to sell additional services and solutions. - Deliver GRT’s product and service value proposition clearly and persuasively to a variety of different audiences, including C-Level executives. - Assist customer contacts with challenges and converting them into sales opportunities. - Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships - Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals - Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly - Liaise with Executives, Solution Consultants, and Partner organizations to resolve issues for customers. - Coordinate with Account Executive to develop and implement marketing/sales strategies across multiple channels including email marketing, social media, public relations, webinars/events, lead generation, and sponsorships. - Use tools such as LinkedIn, Google, Social Networking sites, and other prospecting databases to research leads.
