I love to help people achieve their goals, build and coach teams, and grow businesses. Whether it’s helping a client achieve a big corporate milestone, championing a team member through a promotion, or even helping one of my kids and their friends set a new team record, I am passionate about helping others be their best and make a positive lasting impact. If I didn’t pass out at the sight of blood or if I followed my grandmother’s advice, I would have been a doctor, but that path just wasn’t meant to be. Instead, I use the skills I have as a servant leader, a communicator, a coach, a builder, and an entrepreneur to help make a difference in the lives of others. If you ask me about the best moments of my career, I probably won’t give the answers you might expect to hear. Instead, I'd tell you stories of a client dancing on top of a desk when we succeeded on a project, or having another client ask me to spend the day with them while they waited to find out if they were going to get a big promotion, and then thanking me for helping him get there. Or it might be the time I watched a rising star cry happy tears when we gave her an award, or the times when I get to tell someone about a big promotion they earned, or picking up the phone to offer a graduating senior the start to their career. I could go on and on, but helping people is my “WHY.”Today I am lucky enough to follow my passions at Forvis Mazars as a Partner where I lead our National Business Consulting team and am part of the Technology Consulting team. We passionately help organizations develop strategy, drive business transformation, improve process efficiency, implement technologies, leverage data, and manage risk. I genuinely care about our client’s business and personal goals, passions, and struggles, and partner to help them succeed. More than that, I focus on building lifelong relationships with our clients as their trusted partner and someone they can count on as not just an advisor, but a friend. It's not about squeezing every dollar out of a transaction, but instead it's about building trust and partnership and being there to help them at different points in their business's evolution and their personal careers and life journeys. Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, I was a Partner Mazars where I was the National Management and Technology Consulting Lead and the Global Organizational Resilience Lead. Previously, I was a Partner at Integrity Consulting where I led all Private Sector Industry Teams. Before that, I worked at SMART Business Advisory and Consulting and Accenture.
