I am currently a Senior Master Technician, Trainer and Team Leader within an established multi-franchise motorcycle dealership in North Wales. With a career spanning over 19 years, I have developed an extensive technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering, manufacturing and assembly roles that relay across multiple sectors. With this, I have enjoyed full factory training with multiple manufacturers giving me an extensive and transferable skill set, particularly honed on complex fault finding and rectification.From my additional experience as an MOT classroom trainer and most recently as an Army Reservist, I can confidently convey myself as well as communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to a range of audiences. As a progressive individual, I am keen to take on constructive criticism in order to expand my skill set. I’m a motivated and sociable character who enjoys interacting and achieving as part of a team, but equally adaptable to the challenges of working independently and under pressure as needed. My passion for attention to detail, technical discipline and efficiency has been tuned within the workshops and classrooms throughout my career and further bolstered as serving member of the reserve forces.
