In this role I work across all the company's perishable grocery clients. As a RCSM, I work to maintain/improve client specific retail conditions and I am the key point of communication between the retail team, headquarter team and the client.

In this role I work solely for the Mars Food Team. As a RCSM, I work to maintain/improve retail conditions of Uncle Ben's Rice and Seeds of Change Rice accross all US Grocery outlets including Walmart and Target. I am the key point of communication between the retail team, project team, headquarter team and the client.

As a retail supervisor, I managed a team of 17 Retail Sales Merchandisers focused on driving KPIs for Mars Pet Care in big box retailers, grocery accounts and pet stores across the Southeast US. I was responsible for achieving and maintaining all Client and Customer standards by overseeing and directing activities of Retail Sales Repesenatives and Merchandisers within an assigned territory. I worked closely with Business Development Managers, Clients, Store Management and various retail personnel to ensure retail business objectives were met.
