Completed the development, and capitalization of a 400 physician multi-specialist inpatient and outpatient ambulatory care facility. The campus includes a 200,000 square foot MSC with a 6 OR ASC, a Comprehensive Women’s' Care Center and a 80,000 square foot 2 OR 80 bed hospital with ED and Urgent Care services as well as a full service pharmacy, retail space and parking garage. The expected completion date is Q 4 of 2015. Also, developing a clinically integrated population health CMP (Care Management Platform) and operational infrastructure.
