I worked for Ark Recruitment for four months where I worked as bar staff at Manchester Arena. Duties of this job included cash handling, high speed customer service, bar work and refilling stock. This job role gave me good experience of customer service as I worked on the till and interacted with the customers, this job role also gave me experience of working with responsibility as money was involved.
