Ltd. company’s footprint in the D-A-CH region, I led the P&L, sales strategy, account management, business operations and the branch team.KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:➡️Developed the branch in Germany to be then ranked as the highest-performing group-wide. The project, delivered on time, within budget, included choosing the office location, negotiating contracts, establishing business processes and procedures and building the team.➡️Formed business relations with the governor of the German Bundesbank. I organized a visit to Israel for the governor to meet the Minister of Finance, the governor of the Bank of Israel, other officials and the founder of Check Point.

Retailpartners is a commercial property leasing company. I was hired to generate business and revenue growth by leading business development and leasing revenue for various properties in Germany and Austria.➡️Conceived, developed and launched a new business line that seized substantial market share - the free area leasing for shops in major shopping centers and subleasing to operators.

Austria

Midajo was a consumer goods wholesaler operating in Germany and Austria. Built the company and later sold it for a profit. My leadership extended across every aspect of the company, including the business strategy, business planning, capital raising, P&L management, and operations, as well as business development, human resources management, vendor management and compliance.➡️Secured investor funding, legal registration, the supplier network and the workforce.➡️Surpassed €1M in sales in a short period of time, leveraged data-driven decisions on pricing, sales channels and the business development strategy.➡️Drove profitability, creating all operational processes, implementing enterprise software and managing logistics for service delivery excellence.

Austria

Austro Energy Systems provides turnkey energy supply equipment and services. Tapped to maximize growth across the African continent and the Middle East, I generated revenue by developing government business for our heat and power plants. I managed sales strategies, client relationships, and contract negotiation.➡️Multiplied revenue by engaging officials in numerous countries and brokering deals with ministries of energy and industry.➡️Secured a sale to Nigeria with the country‘s Governor and the Secretary of State.

Israel

As a member of the investment advisory team, I assessed and provided recommendations on lending decisions based on risk assessments of German-speaking clients ‚ financial positions. I worked closely with clients to acquire necessary financial documentation for review and lending approval or denial.
