I have a proven track record of leading successful teams, managing complex and multi-channel supply chains, and delivering profitable and customer-centric outcomes for the Amazon.ca Hardlines business.In my current role, I am responsible for the full P&L, assortment, merchandising, pricing, and vendor relations of the $XB Hardlines business, which includes Consumer Electronics, Home Entertainment, Office Products, Toys, Home, Kitchen, Tools, Home Improvement, Sports & Outdoors, Lawn & Garden, and Automotive. I manage a team of +50 people across various functions and locations, and drive the strategic and operational planning processes for the category. I also leverage my expertise in operations and supply chain to optimize the inventory allocation, fulfillment, and transportation of the products, and to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction. My mission is to grow the Hardlines business in Canada, while ensuring efficiency, quality, innovation and an excellent customer experience.
