We harness our extensive expertise to craft and construct cutting-edge time-of-flight mass spectrometers (TOF-MS), effectively bridging space technology with terrestrial applications. Our instruments stand out for their compact design, resilience in challenging environments, and their pivotal role in advancing industrial process analyses.With a primary focus on semiconductor manufacturing, we address the specific challenges faced by process engineers in both end-user facilities (foundries) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) specializing in wafer fab equipment. Our products redefine the landscape of real-time gas analysis, offering a pathway to enhanced process efficiency, reduced scrap rates, and ultimately, better overall yields.In my role as Chief Product Officer (CPO), I bear the responsibility of ensuring that our developments precisely align with the evolving needs of the market, while living in Tokyo closer to our customers in Asia.
