Closely working with some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment when they come to the shop, as well as training staff how to clientele for themselves and properly operate on a sales floor. The training aspect does not just include our New York stores, it also includes the opening of new stores within the company and training their sales staff as well.Another element this role includes is, gaining data for the design team and buyers to better shape the business for growth.

As product knowledge & sales generation key holder, I am responsible for multiple duties. Most importantly, I train all incoming stylists on product knowledge and sales floor etiquette during new hire orientation. Furthermore, I am responsible to ensure that all current stylists have the highest product knowledge for newly placed merchandise and 3rd party product. On top of these duties, I manage the floor with an hourly team sales goal. This entails leading the sales team, handling any customer issues or requests, coaching stylists on proper selling points and client relationships, maintaining monthly team sales goals and assisting other managers if it is not my hour to lead the sales floor.
