Since starting at Bentley in 2005 I have gone from a temporary employee to full time Team Leader along the way I have worked on the production line to a written process maintaining good 5s and continuingly improving, thinking of ideas and implementing them. 2007 I was fortunate to become part of the launch team for the Bentley Brookland I was involved in the problem solving and rectification of the product and was recommended for a Team Leader role. My responsibility were then also to maintain targets set for me that include Quality, volume, training and Audit scores.Using previous experiencei was involved in the launch of the brand new Bentley Mullsanne.I have passed training courses such as ......
