I am currently assigned as the Chief of Staff for the Jersey City Police Chief. My responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing all investigations and personnel with the U.S. Attorneys office, D.E.A, A.T.F, U.S. Marshalls and the F.B.I. Creating and implementing crime strategy plans for the department. Maintaining strong community relations programs. I also oversee the departments budget, background unit, medical bureau and Internal Affairs unit.

I was the Violent Crimes Commander for the City of Jersey City. I was responsible for supervising the Major Case Unit, the Narcotics Division, the Street Crimes Unit, the Gang Unit, the Cease Fire Unit and the Criminal Warrants Unit. My responisbilities include creating a crime stratedgy plan to address violent crime throughout the city. I handled the scheduling, budgeting and coordination of all efforts between the JCPD and its federal partners.
