Serve as a course instructor for Stanford University's Summer Program for Pre-Collegiate Studies. Lead the instruction and development of course materials for "Topics in Civil Engineering: Building 'Bridges' to a Sustainable Future"

Supervise fifteen Graduate Student Instructors and manage the logistical operations of the introductory physics course. Manage and respond to the individual concerns of nearly 700 undergraduate students. Developed and distributed course curriculum and notes to supplement new and returning GSI’s lecture materials to enhance student learning.

Engage visitors to the University of California Berkeley and lead campus tours to various types and sizes of visitor groups.

Plan, prepare and facilitate class lectures and discussion materials for two sections of twenty students, for four classes per week. Evaluated teaching performance and effectiveness through use of a mid-semester survey and classroom teaching observation.

Collaboratively work with a group of forty incoming freshmen students, lead class activities, lectures, lab sessions, as well as after class help and review sessions for the Mechanics 1 Class.

•Collaborated with project managers and subcontractors on the construction of the University of Maryland Medical Center Shock Trauma Center•Successfully completed submittals, transmittals, tracking sheets, reports and independent building inspections

•Worked with construction managers, engineers, foremen, and construction crew on the I-95 Express Toll Lane project •Investigated project schedules and estimated completion dates. Determined who was at fault if a project was past its given completion date, and whether liquidated damages would be assessed•Conducted bridge inspections, and completed jacking beam design for Bouchelle Road over I-95 to mitigate concrete spall and beam deterioration •Conducted numerous concrete, hot mix asphalt, and soils tests while in the MDTA materials testing laboratory

•Conducted a month long analysis on the effectiveness of proposed noise barriers for Dulles Toll Road•Evaluated runoff and storm water management ponds for Delaware Department of Transportation•Accelerated project completion through the development of Microstation renderings •Developed final project reports and appendices up to thirty pages in Excel and Word
