For more than 100 years, TCI College, has educated students in college career paths. It is dually accredited by the New York State Board of Regents and by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.After 21 months of failing admissions, I was asked by the CEO to return to TCI to lead the effort to turn the situation around. Upon my return, we have exceeded our goals each and every semester.In addition, during my tenure I have been able to accomplish the following:♦ Increased revenue from 28M to 68M (2006-2011). ♦ Increased customer satisfaction by evidence of increased referrals. ♦ Increased all sales metrics by using positive, upbeat training and management approach. ♦ Increased customer retention. ♦ Lowered all costs of acquisition. I was hired to manage 41 unionized admission representatives, one Associate Vice President, 3 Directors of Admissions and a $7 million advertising budget. My responsibilities included:♦ Creating a high school admissions program. ♦ Sitting in on EVCI’s strategic planning and new development cabinet. ♦ Negotiating vendor and advertising contracts for all three EVCI schoolsWe had some significant results including:♦ Lowering CPL from $500 to $141 ♦ Increasing year over year starts by 8% with 20% less in advertising dollars ♦ Lowering CPS from $1600 to $1167 year over year. ESM's enrollment services deliver rapid, cost-effective lead processing, high contact rates, and strong conversion rates. I was hired to present and sell Business Process Outsourcing services from Admissions and Financial Assistance to retention, placement, help desk, alumni relations and cohort default management. PTI provides on-line and on-campus career training for the healthcare administration, business and office technology industries.I was hired to improve overall operational efficiency and financials. In addition, I was asked to evaluate the on-line operation from top to bottom.Among my accomplishments were:♦ Increasing new student monthly starts in five weeks by 42% (68 to 96) and 46% the following month (96 to 140). ♦ Generating a total of $1,368,000 in additional revenue in two months. ♦ Implementing a unique training program, a holistic approach vs. the “hard close” techniques normally used This project has improved and increased student satisfaction, admissions representative satisfaction, production and lowered attrition.
