Responsible for all aspects of ADT’s commercial business for Intrusion, Fire, Video and Access Control portfolio including: Understanding the available market and development of product and service roadmaps. Manage the processes of specifying, evaluating, procuring, integrating, financial planning, and implementation of products and services. Establish and maintain internal and external strategic relationships, while understanding commercial business strategies and market drivers. Provide strategic and tactical direction to internal functions and third party partners. Manage product release schedules and the business relationship with partners and service providers.

Lead efforts to define and introduce new intrusion detection products and technologies. Areas of focus include Intrusion panels, sensors, and communications products and services. Develop and articulate commercial intrusion detection strategic vision and roadmaps. Research and evaluate new products and service opportunities (within or adjacent space) to existing intrusion detection line.

Responsible for developing and implementing business and product plans to substantially grow sales in the security sensors space. Manage all aspects of a $75 million product line; including product release plans, market research, roadmaps, forecasting, marketing communications and marketing specifications. Understand major business and environmental trends and their impact on products, customers and prospects. Collect Voice of the Customer and develop marketing segmentation to drive industry-leading products. Support sales with training materials and clear sales objectives. Communicate with in-house and third party engineering teams and manage development team meetings.

Tested pre-release products for functionality, integrity and quality. Worked closely with engineering and marketing departments to further product development. Products included: Software Operating Systems, Card Access Control Systems, and Fire/Burglar Alarm Systems for commercial and residential applications.
