Additional responsibilities and accomplishments: • Manage customer business process analyses and perform savings gap assessments to illustrate current state/desired state, and future supply chain opportunitieso Provide industry best-practice process/procedures and procurement management operations to customer• Responsible for development of programs to promote diversity (current supplier base comprised of ~32% diverse providers)• Managing tactical alliance with CBRE strategic and preferred suppliers to promote more sustainable solutions, market-leading service offerings, lowered risk, while delivering industry-leading savings o Consultation on customer business processes offering solutions to increase productivity, reduce waste, and increase savings• Participate in customer quarterly business reviews (QBRs) as a member of the account leadership team • Work directly with CBRE and Kellogg senior leadership promoting service expansion, development, and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives such as execution and management of MRO storerooms, mailrooms, fitness centers, and food service• Manage supplier contracts including renewals, negotiations, and supplier program implementations for newly acquired locations• Conduct business process analyses streamlining storeroom and mailroom operations creating efficiencies and savings opportunities• Conduct quarterly supplier reviews with key suppliers to ensure established continuous improvement programs are on track to meet annual goals, addresses issues with supplier performance or program efficiency, and identifies new areas/programs where suppliers can benefit our customer

Responsible for the implementation and management of JCI’s sourcing solution for facility maintenance customers in the Americas. This included management of full-time and contracted resources throughout the US and abroad. Additionally, I was responsible for new customer transitions where I reduced project resource costs by over 53% while cutting the average transition project time from 12 to 10 weeks. This resulted in an average combined savings of over $400K per year. These transition program activities included such clients as 3M, Chef Solutions, Cadbury, Key Bank, Shell Industrial, Johnson & Johnson, Regence, Glaxo Smith Kline, Unilever, BP, Bristol Meyer Squibb, Humana, Medtronic, HHC and MaerskAdditional responsibilities and accomplishments: • Working with Sales and Solutions teams on business development engagements to identify potential customers’ current-state and demonstrating CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions value proposition. • Strategic sourcing and rationalization of key account suppliers with savings ranging from 5 to 52% across selected categories • Implementation and delivery of diversity programs contributing to the JCI/GWS Billion Dollar Roundtable initiatives (have exceeded diversity plan by 15% on average year over year).• Development and implementation of Sourcing transition processes/procedures throughout the Americas (including projects in the US, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Columbia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Venezuela). Transitioned accounts have totaled over $600MM in managed spend. • Development and implementation of a Site Savings Initiative responsible for $4.7M in total savings in 2015 • Lead 3 Geographical Regions (Southeast, Northeast, & Mid-Atlantic) between 2014 and 2015 supporting the largest sourcing savings in GWS history ($29.5M).

Duties included category management of ~$134M in indirect spend resulting in +$11M in average annual savings. In addition, I was responsible for a continuous cost improvement program that resulted in an additional annual savings of ~$750K above contract. Other responsibilities included supplier management, cost/spend analyses, procurement program rollout to new site acquisitions, and working directly with client senior management and executive officers to meet savings goals. In addition, I acted as a liaison between customer senior management and plant general managers for 76 plant locations. During my tenure, I successfully implemented 33 newly acquired plant locations into the Greif/ICG commerce program.

Additional responsibilities included delivering cost improvements through strategic sourcing activities, and process improvements. Through various direct and indirect sourcing engagements I delivered over $12MM in combined customer savings. Additionally, this position required working directly with customer senior management and Prosero executive officers to meet revenue goals and service offerings.
