* As part of Almaviva Consulting I developed proceses and tools for the commercial team to manage opportunities from the initial lead to proposal delivery and post proposal actitivies. * Analysis: My first stage was analysis. I conducted an audit of all past proposals and groups involved in the process of managing opportunities and proposals. I presented my finding to the board of directors.* Design: This was the second stage. I designed new proceses and tools needed for the commercial team (and other stakeholders) to manage opportunities and proposals successfully. * Training: After the board approved my design i conducted a series of workshops across all major cities in Colombia, training commericial and operational directors about the new process and how these will be implemented. * Implementation: I then worked directly within the commercial team ensuring that the proceses and tools were being implemented correctly, while making minor adjustments as needed. As a reslut of my changes Almaviva increased their proposal success rate by 45% (by expected contract value) between October 2014 and May 2015.
