Began as Logistics capture lead then took a role as a sustainment program manager enabling successful capture from RFP to negotiations a multi-year $766 million contract. Additionally, managed subcontractors and CDRL implementation during execution.• Managed the proposal from RFP to submittal achieving record 5 month turn-around time and final negotiated value of $766M for a 2 ¾ year air force maintenance contract.• As Program Manager, led CLS (Contractor Logistics Support) team efforts ranging globally from subcontractor to in-house project improvement initiatives, resulting in positive Government praise driving down contract data delivery times from 68% unfavorable to 98% favorable in one year.• As Lead Systems Engineer performed Technical Evaluation of Raytheon, L-3, and sister company Northrop Grumman Integrated Systems sustainment engineering proposals and managed to reduce costs by more than $120M to backup and support final negotiations.• As Logistical Engineer capture lead managed, wrote, and submitted labor bids, resulting in successful award of over 200,000 labor hours for sustainment engineering for 2 ½ year Contractor Logistics Support and Services proposal.
