Leading the effort to launch a nonpartisan, nonprofit, statewide Ranked Choice Voting advocacy group in Rhode Island, with a focus on voter education, volunteer recruitment, training, and mobilization, speaker presentations, community coalition building, and other advocacy. Responsible for developing the short- and long-term strategy of the organization.Manage a team of over 50 volunteers. Supervised an intern over the summer.Act as the principal liaison between state and national coalition partners and Ocean State RCV.

Educate and organize the Yale community, particularly the student body, to support and volunteer to advance Ranked Choice Voting in accordance with the C3 compatible elements of Rank the Vote’s playbook. Build strategic partnerships with community and statewide organizations to advance the movement for Ranked Choice Voting. Lead a student group that collected signatures of roughly 10% of the student body in support of RCV between September and December 2022 alone.Create and publish on-brand, on-message, quality content for Rank the Vote digital communications channels. Coordinate Rank the Vote's nationwide digital strategy as the national Digital Outreach Guild leader.

Worked closely with the organizing team and Executive Director to develop a strategic communications plan, establish operational priorities and meet aggressive weekly and monthly goals for scheduled and ad hoc digital communications across email, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.Developed and managed both quantitative and qualitative metrics and systems to measure digital-related outputs, both organic and paid.

- Coordinated the big-picture strategy and day-to-day operations of the re-election campaign of Sam Bell, one of the most progressive members of the Rhode Island State Senate. Sen. Bell outperformed all other Democratic candidates -- most notably finishing ahead of the Harris-Walz ticket by 2.6 percentage points.- Developed and trained the candidate and other key stakeholders on clear, compelling and contrasting messaging.- Oversaw campaign fundraising, setting ambitious targets and ensuring they were met.- Used VAN and Votebuilder to target voters and direct canvassing efforts.- Wrote and used Python scripts to analyze data from the voter file and the Secretary of State's office.- Managed a team of volunteer canvassers and phonebankers.

- Successfully managed the re-election campaign of Enrique Sanchez, one of the most progressive members of the Rhode Island State House of Representatives. Despite facing stiff challenges from the previous representative and a respected community activist, we won an outright majority (53.5%) of the vote.- Coordinated the big-picture strategy and day-to-day operations of the campaign, including coordinating with elected officials and advocacy organizations to secure endorsements.- Developed and trained the candidate and other key stakeholders on clear, compelling and contrasting messaging.- Oversaw campaign fundraising, setting ambitious targets and ensuring they were met.
