Passionated about building and leading high-performing teams and navigating the ever-evolving retail landscape.After 10 years in traditional retail, I started my eCommerce journey in 2013 and helped create one of the biggest multi-brand omnichannel fashion businesses in Europe.Throughout my career, I have held various roles, starting in the stores and moving to the purchasing department. I then built up and developed the Shop Management and Retail Media teams, which have established themselves as relevant units in the organization. Together with my three direct reports and a team of 20 people, we now manage the European online shops of Peek & Cloppenburg in Germany, Austria, Poland, and the Netherlands, as well as ansons.deAs the responsible center for onsite performance, we are always in intensive exchange with all relevant stakeholders, including marketing, purchasing, product development, UX/UI and CRM. To optimize the customer journey, we own key features such as onsite search and recommendations, as well as content topics, instore personal shopping appointments, promotions and live shopping events.The fast-growing, highly profitable retail media business also started from my desk. The department is in intensive exchange with the most important retail partners. Together, we implement exciting customer-oriented media campaigns in our network, helping our partners to increase their visibility and optimize their performance.
