Managing all facets of the project including initiation, planning, execution, control and close. Managing budget, schedule, risk, scope, change and project team. Effectively communicating all aspects of the project to clients, project sponsors, project team and key stakeholders.

Establish and direct EHR migration project plans, staffing requirements and provide team leadership for the complete project life cycle. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Responsible for team member activities across EHR functional domains to include Revenue Cycle Cash & Non Cash, Lab, Pharmacy, Core Financials and Nursing. Manage change management process with client base to ensure successful adoptions. Single point of contact with client C-level executives.

Facilitates post-contract turnover meeting from Sales to Services, ensuring transition of knowledge to begin the Project Management/implementation aspect of the Client relationship. Facilitates post-implementation turnover meeting from Services to Client Care, ensuring transition of knowledge to begin the long-term account management aspect of the Client relationship. Drives knowledge base to possess a generalized knowledge of all EMR products, and the ability to apply this knowledge to the implementation planning process.
