Leading the Technical Services group across Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi of Kinder Morgan with 6 workers in my team where we cover 44 stations and over 675,000 compression HP. Key Group Purpose: * To provide technical guidance, problem resolution, design support, also to support operation, maintenance and repair of natural gas compressor facilities focusing primarily on rotating equipment, controls, and facility systems. Types of equipment supported include reciprocating gas engines driving reciprocating compressors, gas turbines driving centrifugal compressors, electric motors, engine cooling systems, plant air systems, and other ancillary support systems. Group Key Responsibilities: * Develop and review project scopes, drawings, and engineering designs for new projects. * Troubleshoot Instrumentation and Control Systems * Emissions testing, GHG surveys, and Engine analysis. * Provide engine analysis and emissions testing to the operations group. * Program PLC 's, VFD's and instrumentation and controls * Provide training, leadership, coaching and development opportunities to the Division wide E&C Techs

Measurement Supervisor managing 8 top field techs doing natural gas measurement work all over Alabama and Georgia. Key responsibilities included: * Troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration of all of Southern Naturals Gas's reciept and delivery measurement systems * Meters (Ultrasonic, Turbine, Rotary, and Orifice meters) * Chromatographs (Daniels and ABB) * Odorizers (Williams and YZ) * Rollout of new flow computers Bristol 3330/teleflow to control wave upgrades * Develop and recommend innovative and cost effective measurement related project and compliance with AGA and GPA standards and guidelines * Act at project manager for multiple measurement projects including meter tube cleanings and station upgrades

Goal was to improve overall pipeline efficiency, reliability and to provide better service to our end users. Key rolls included: * Develop and run pipeline system optimization models. * Created models for choosing the most efficient running configurations for our pipeline. * Worked directly with Gas Control in a dispatch advisory role. * Developed database reports to snapshot and gauge efficiency improvements. * Analyze data and models to determine the most cost effective system setups for particular pipeline load conditions. * Minimize system fuel usage * Preform system outage modeling for use by the scheduling group.

Reliability engineer for El Paso Natural Gas. Directly responsible for all compression facilities in the Central and South part of Mississippi. This includes 11 compression facilities with over 80 various types of compressors. Some of my current responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Adjusting maintenance tasks and scheduling * Evaluating the use of new predictive maintenance technologies * Assisting in setting required training and standards * Reviewing maintenance and installation plans for new equipment * Monitoring equipment trends * Conducting root cause failure analysis (RCFA) * Analyzing and acting unit data to improve reliability * Providing engineering assistance with unit failures

Moved through 3 rolls, 6 months in the pipeline group doing pig runs and pipeline anomaly digs, 6 months in working in plant services with the reliability group improving our compressor fleet efficiency., and lastly 6 months in measurement where I develop and implemented a plan for greenhouse gas recording for EPA subpart W, also worked on our Bristol CW implementation and did some work with our SCADA group developing a VBA program to convert our 3330 data to MODBUS protocol.

Worked with Mississippi Materials Company testing and developing new Concrete mixtures. Also worked in the field as a Quality Control rep.
