P&L responsibility for all cargo in the west coast US within the IAG carrier group including British Airways, Iberia, and Aer Lingus. Tasked with leading a sales team to develop new revenue streams, strengthen business across the global customer base, and grow existing partnerships in the region. In addition, provide performance management and sales coaching to a wide range of experience within the region in an effort to advance skill sets and modernize our regional sales force.

· Responsible for North American key account growth of British Airways' top global trading partners and implementing successful development strategies to produce high yielding financial results. · Cultivating strategic relationships across all global regions with both internal and external customers · Creatively design trade deals that ensure market share growth and support airfreight capacity on over 250 of our aircraft· Enhancing value of our customers supply chain by engaging in tripartite meetings with leading international manufacturers, and offering innovative airfreight solutions to create sustainable, lean, and effective trade programs
