As a Programme Manager and Biology Teacher at Charterhouse Online, I am passionate about opening up opportunities for others through innovative and inclusive online education. With over 13 years of experience in teaching Biology and English as a Foreign Language in various settings, I have developed competencies in Educational Technology, Education for Sustainability, and Global Citizenship, which I apply in my current role to design and deliver engaging and relevant programmes for learners from diverse backgrounds and contexts.In my previous roles, I have also gained experience in alumni engagement and widening participation, which I believe are essential for creating a supportive and transformational community of learners and educators. I have coordinated Collegiate Awareness Weeks to raise aspirations and awareness of higher education among students from underrepresented groups, and I have launched the Global Citizenship initiative across the school to align the curriculum with the Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs). I am looking forward to collaborating with other educators and stakeholders to enhance the quality and impact of online education at Charterhouse Online.
