I work to bring the value of the Anaplan platform to Federal Clients via the expertise of our Partner Community

Focused on helping Partners establish and expand their Successful relationship with the AWS Marketplace.

In my role, I build business partnerships in the Federal space that are focused on helping the Government solve some of it's biggest and most pressing challenges, while also driving joint customer solutions and revenue growth.

I was responsible for providing Federal agencies with the best commercial information to help them improve and expedite business critical decisions. In my role I worked with existing and new agencies to ensure that they realized the maximum amount of value from their investment in D&B information services.

I am actively responsible for managing and growing our partnership community to help improve our Federal Client's successful deployments of MicroStrategy. I support our Partners in their sales and marketing initiatives as they relate to our suite of technologies, and act as a primary point of contact between them, our Federal Sales teams, and our Corporate Executives. Ultimately, I am responsible for making sure that our Partners' MicroStrategy engagements are successful and lead to additional opportunities.

Oversee all account related issues in our internal systems, as well as establishing a standard process for managing our Strategic Global Accounts.

I am responsible for making sure that technical support contracts get renewed on time, with all of the required documentation complete, for all federal clients as well as our clients in the SE region. I do a considerable amount of research on each client, as well as prepare quotes, work with the client and the Account Executive to ensure client satisfaction, and work internally with the contracts and finance departments to make sure that funds are received on a timely basis.

- Manage title IV funding - Trained financial services and sales staff on Department of Education regulations- Developed reporting metrics for cash collections.- Cleared past due cash, and reconciled accounts- Completed multiple audits- Instituted funding procedures, and school guidelines.
