As the General Manager of Production and Creative, Michael was responsible for the successful start up of the Creative and Digital arm of Media Merchants.Michael was tasked with business development, system and process development, production management, staff development and account managing Media Merchants' Creative clients.Michael identified opportunities and successfully opened and managed a Brisbane and Sydney Creative Studio, a photographic studio, print management department and a fast growing digital department to meet the changing needs of the clients.All aspects of the Creative side of the business fell under Michael's control including business development and growth, staff development, Account Management and financial responsibility both internal and external.Michael has been part of the Management Team at Media Merchants since 1999, helping to strategise, grow and build the business to where it currently sits today.
