I am part of the Regulatory and Business Crime Team at Darbys Solicitors (part of Knights Professional Services). This practical, prevention and cure, approach is key to protecting our client’s rights and – crucially – their reputation.Should a regulator mount an investigation, works with its clients nationwide to manage regulatory raids, interviews and the subsequent investigation conducting, where appropriate, independent investigations to make sure that our clients are in the strongest possible position to defend or mitigate their position.Should any investigation proceed to court then we provide full representation in all criminal courts and tribunals from the first appearance through to trial.We have a wealth of knowledge and experience.
