As a leading global real estate business with a deep understanding of the needs and aspirations of both corporate occupiers and property investors, JLL has developed a product and service offering suite to meet the flexible space solutions needs of the corporate real estate market. Our regional Flexible Solutions and Urban Communities business line is tasked with leveraging the breadth and depth of the JLL business to deliver targeted solutions for property investors and landlords. In my role as the Head of Operations, Flexible Solutions and Urban Ecosystems, I am tasked with building out this service offering across Asia Pacific.I also have Asia Pacific responsibilities across our Property and Asset Management business, working with regional colleagues to grow and develop our business and premium services offering, and the skill and experience base of our regional team. In this capacity, I chair the Regional Premium Asset and Tall Buildings Community Group, and represent the Asia Pacific management business on the Executive of the Global Premium Services Group.By way of background, the property phase of my career commenced in an engineering discipline yet rapidly progressed to premium office general management, and then portfolio and business management.I have specialised in the leadership and management of national businesses in JLL providing premium property and asset management services across the whole JLL managed portfolio of office, retail, residential and other asset classes, for local and international property investors, with a focus and emphasis on high value-add, multi-disciplinary, best in market service delivery. I am a degree qualified Electrical Engineer with the early stages of my career providing extensive experience in project and systems engineering, project management and product development in process control and automation across industries such as electrical distribution, waste water treatment, mining and property.
