- I have embarked on the next phase in my career joining the BlueScope Marketing and Market Development team to grow the use of steel within Australian Heavy construction and Infrastructure.- Industry experience across State Management roles running the entire P & L in steel distribution and roll forming across the Eastern seaboard.- I come into this role excited and passionate to ensure that BlueScope products are the first things people think of when they need steel for their projects. If you are working within the Energy, Building, Heavy construction fields please reach out and lets see how I can help you.- Through schooling and sporting teams I was always recognised as a strong leader. - Experiences in life as school captain, football captain and coach taught me how to build strong effective teams and how to utilise everyone's strengths to get the best results for them and the organisation. - As a State manager I used these skills to get everyone on board with the strategic requirements of the organisation, I am an experienced manager with a demonstrated history of working in steel industry, however my skills across sales, operational leadership and General management have seen teams find their best in tough markets. - Skilled in Negotiation, Operations Management, Coaching, Sales, Operational leadership and Continuous Improvement. - Graduated from Victoria University. - Coaching roles within the St. Albans football club, Caroline Springs Football club junior girls program and previously sitting on the board of directors for the St. Albans Sports Club have enabled me to give back to the community and further improve my leadership skills.
