Mr. Michael Gettle is nuclear power plant professional with extensive experience in the diverse areas of accreditation, training, human resource development and performance improvement. In addition he has also lead projects within engineering and corrective action programs. He is experienced in the development of training processes and programs for both nuclear and non-nuclear facilities. Mr. Gettle’s experience includes INPO accreditation and evaluation efforts (including simulator evaluations), utility accreditation maintenance and probation recovery efforts, development of training processes and procedures.
