•Part of the initial go-live team for a new behavioral health centered electronic health records platform. The platform is AWS cloud based system fronted by an AngularJS single page site with configurable workflows adaptable to our customers needs. It is backed by an event system using ASP.Net Web API to take in commands that are validated then turned into events onto a Kinesis Stream and stored as JSON in DynamoDb. Patient lookup is done with a MySQL Db.•Lead developer on billing team. The billing application uses a similar event system to the platform application. It has multiple consumers doing tasks such as creating projections, building files, and automating subsequent events. Creates statements using TuesPechkin wkhtmltopdf wrapper to allow quick creation of PDFs using HTML. Projections are stored in DynamoDb with MySQL to index searches. Built custom filters system allowing users to easily create advanced queries through the UI that are converted to dynamic SQL in the back end.•Solo developer in charge of platform configuration application. The platform configuration application allows configuration of users integrated with AD, customers, and customer workflow libraries. Libraries allow a user to configure workflows that drive the rest of the platform. •Initial API developer on esignature system. Creates PDFs using TuesPechkin wkhtmltopdf wrapper along with HTML canvas to capture signatures for patient documents created.

•Lead developer and architect on a transactions processing gateway suite of applications that included a processing gateway, virtual terminal, client application, API interface (comprised of web services), and multiple maintenance applications. Responsibilities included managing the development team both onshore and offshore in maintenance, new development, and unit testing the application; and intercommunication with the quality assurance, product, host development, tandem development, and infrastructure teams.•Redesigned and rebuilt the transaction gateway processing engine from the ground up to increase transactions per second (TPS) per server from 1 TPS, in the original design, to over 80 TPS.•Architected and developed a browser independent service oriented architecture (SOA) peripheral solution for the Virtual Terminal allowing us to introduce an EMV solution, as well as, support for any future payment devices. This solution used JSON via CORS (cross-origin resource sharing) to communicate with the local host (previous implementation only supported Internet Explorer through ActiveX controls).•Updated the Virtual Terminal application to render in the latest version of all major browsers. The original Virtual Terminal would only function in older versions of Internet Explorer.•Certified PCI ISA responsible for adhering to PCI Security Standards within my suite of applications along with advising other application developers on PCI responsibilities.•Served as co-chair of the Application Working Group responsible for setting standards for the application development teams
