Manage and coordinate Client ROV Project Operations in Angola; Working with the responsible project manager on day to day management of the Client ROV Project(s). Planning and supervision of ROV Project Operations; and the supervision of allocated ROV operational personnel. Ensuring that Safety Policies and procedures for both Client and Oceaneering are implemented; and adhered to at the offshore and any relevant onshore work locations.

I represented the Contractor at the onshore and offshore work location; Was familiar with the Customer and Contractors procedure to be followed in the event of an incident requiring any form of medical treatment. Provided on–location Operational, Technical, Logistical and Administrative advice to Customer. Liaise with Dubai Project Manager and Project Coordinator on a weekly basis on all operational matters. Liaise with Angolan Operations Manager daily and when Project Manager is not contactable, when local support is required and as and when is necessary. Liaise with client on a daily (and when necessary) basis ensuring all client requirements are being adhered to. In conjunction with Dubai Project manager, ensure projects are being executed within the guidelines of the agreed contract. Liaise with other subcontractors working within Sonils base. Ensure that all ESSO Tool Evaluate and report on the performance of the offshore ROV personnel within the project area. Planning and scheduling future personnel requirements in conjunction with Dubai office. Monitor and control personnel movement between work site and Luanda. Administer to and support the Angolanization program within OI/ESSO projects. Write and respond to ESSO Subsea procedural documentation and advice of ROV intervention.

Provide in country technical support, Man Management and crew movement. Supervising maintenance and repair of all tools; tracking assets and inventory. Meeting customers needs and demands, developing preliminary contractual agreements. Contribute to advancement of productivity and cost effectiveness through input of organizational modifications. Participate in, and assist with continued advancement of quality assurance and quality control programs.

Customer Liaison for multiple, simultaneous, submarine cable projects. Charged with; maintaining highest levels of safety standards and regulatory compliance. Provide technical leadership, problem resolution, and resource management to meet and exceed customer expectations. U.S. Navy representative, charged with maintaining operational status of government owned Remotely Operated Vehicles. Provide shipboard supervision for burial surveys, deployment, and installation of submarine cable.

On sight Project Management. Provided problem resolution, resource utilization, documentation and technical leadership. Ensured that all operations conducted to or above applicable protocol and standards of safety. Responsible for providing leadership and training in ROV operations including; piloting, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of cable jetting vehicles and related equipment in an offshore submarine cable burial environment.
