Mike Gibbons is a shareholder at the law firm of Beier Howlett, P.C. specializing in business and commercial law and litigation. Mike has been practicing law in Michigan since 1994. While a substantial focus of his practice relates to the automotive industry, he has a diverse client base that includes non-profits, closely and privately held businesses, public entities, and publicly traded corporations in the manufacturing, distribution, finance, service and retail sectors. He regularly counsels clients on a wide range of business matters, including business formation and succession planning, corporate governance, buy-sell agreements and minority protections, complex transactions, employment matters, buying and selling businesses, and dissolution matters.
