Responsible for the management, maintenance, and training of a 24-person platoon with five radar systems, valued at over $45m, which directly supported the headquarters to a 20,000-soldier organization. • Recognized as a top 10% officer for demonstrating flexibility and technical understanding of complex projects and systems while the radar project manager. • Led six major exercises after developing a cohesive team created from two separate organizations by implementing multiple standardized systems and processes; increased individual crew qualification rate from 75% to 100%.• Optimized internal supply and accounting procedures of essential radar repair parts; improved the availability of $2.5m of on hand repair parts by 20% across four organizations and decreased RADAR maintenance time by 10%.

Integrated into multiple projects relating to in-flight image acquisition, image georectification, digital elevation model manipulation, image mosaicing, digital image processing, and flight mission planning. Conducted research on the correlation between Google Earth and Bing Map ground control points for aerial sensor calibration.
