CBRE purchased the GWS division of Johnson Controls, Inc. and I transitioned to CBRE on September 1, 2015. I am providing project management services on the Eli Lilly account for the GWS division of CBRE. I manage projects on the LCC and LTC campuses that involve both administrative and facility upgrades.

I provided project management services on the Eli Lilly account for the GWS division of Johnson Controls, Inc. I managed projects on the LCC and LTC campuses that involved both administrative and facility upgrades.

Provided project management and occupancy planning services for Eli Lilly Faris Campus which included seven buildings, 27 floors, and 623,000 gross square feet of office space. Assigned to and have successfully completed projects at each of Lilly's three Indianapolis campuses (Lilly Corporate Center, Lilly Technology Center, and Faris Campus). Managed 167 total projects. Managed a project that involved the relocation of 1,100 personnel to vacate the 510 and 520 buildings at the Faris campus. Submitted a total of $481,000 of cost savings/cost avoidance in 2010 and received JLL "Recognition of Savings Award".

Planned, designed and managed implementation of facility design for new office construction and office renovation in Plant 5 with 250,000 square feet of office space. Led an interdisciplinary facilty team responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and supervision of 1,300 personnel moves on average per year resulting in substantial improvement of the move management process. Responsible for compliance to and updating of office master plan to ensure maximum utilization of floor space. Maintained/reduced furniture inventory thereby providing cost savings through maximun reuse of furnishings and reduced storage space. Responsible for daily work assignment of skilled tradesman.
