PPAF is an open-ended private real estate fund with assets across many real estate sectors including multifamily, office, industrial and other related assets. We are geographically agnostic but prefer markets where we have a strong knowledge base and/or our operating partners are deeply entrenched in the area. We have invested in Orlando, Austin, San Antonio, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Kansas City and in the state of New Mexico. Our investor base includes HNW clients and family offices. In addition to PPAF I also have a 10-year track record of advising overseas institutional investors and HNW individuals on US based acquisition and development opportunities as well as portfolio level buy/sell recommendations in addition to assisting with legal, tax and accounting relationships.

Led development and acquisition initiatives for the countries of Romania and Ukraine for a London based property fund with AUM of approximately Euro 500 million. Led asset management, legal, leasing and local finance teams with over 30 direct reports at the group and property levels.

Associate involved in several transactions based in the Northeastern US (Boston, New York). Involved in the acquisition of a Boston based multifamily portfolio, NYC office building in mid-town Manhattan, and an urban located super-regional shopping center in Boston.

Active in capital raising, merger & acquisition advisory, and valuation analyses for middle-market companies in various industries. After two-year analyst rotation, selected as the lead analyst for GCP’s private equity fund.
