Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling various projects from security equipment to complete IT server overhauls while building a strong relationship with our strategic partners Hitachi, Bailiwick, and Alpha Technologies in order to complete time sensitive operations for our clients (including St. Paul Police Department (SPPD), Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA), Twin Cities Metro Transit (MTC), Charter Communications, Xcel Energy Center, The Home Depot, and Target Corporation). Have undergone background checks in order to receive security access cards from the SPPD, BCA, MTC, and Charter Communications.The many projects require walkthroughs of the IT and telephony rooms and closets to preform LAN, WAN, and UC assessments/troubleshooting/mapping of the various infrastructures in order to determine what replacement equipment is needed to upgrade/refresh failed or obsolete hardware including gateways, servers, switches, routers, monitoring stations, radio links, access points, and cameras. Once the equipment has arrived, I am responsible for the installation and configuration/programming of the new hardware, scheduling the cutovers and ensuring that everything is functioning properly.

Prepare, activate and service diesel generators and storage batteries for operation. Read and interpret schematic diagrams and electrical blueprints in order to operate and troubleshoot AC/DC motors and generators for maintenance and repairs.
