Being responsible for monitoring and managing the whole procurement process of new products packaging & raw materials at Nutrition & Food Supplement projectSome of the most commonly duties:- Develop and implement strategies forpurchasing area aligned with the company’s objectives.- Maintain supplying the requested raw andpackaging materials for launching newproducts.- Procure and coordinate day-to-day purchasingof raw and packaging materials for the project.- Select the appropriate portfolio of qualifiedsuppliers according to project needs.- Follow up all purchasing orders to ensure thatthey are delivered according to the standard performance limits “Quality & Cost” with nodelay.- Manage negotiation meetings with suppliersand negotiating annual contracts, according toproduction needs and clients specifications. - Ensure the supply of goods into business ismanaged effectively.- Maintain the agreed service level and effectiveinventory levels.- Provide cost savings and cost reduction to the company.

- Develop and implement strategies for purchasing area aligned with the company’s objectives.- Build and maintain a positive & effectiverelationship with existing and potential suppliers by regular direct visits.- Responsible for conducting trainings to the new comers and summer trainees at the department.- Setting future plan to decrease the expenses.- Responsible for purchasing IT & networkrequirements and tenders to select the best portfolio.- Maintain an effective inventory system to avoid any material shortage.- Follow up all purchasing orders to ensure that they are delivered according to the standard performance limits “Quality & Cost” with no delay.- Prepare price comparisons to ensure compliance with the agreed upon contract price.- Seek new offers and resources after getting the approval based on the company’s regulations.- Checking the market prices regularly to evaluate the open contracts prices.- Update suppliers’ database regularly with finding & attracting new competitive deals.- Handle all cash/checks settlements with finance for suppliers’ payment transactions.
